A small Tallinn team building tools for serious IT estates.
Founded in 2022. Around 40 people. Mostly ex-platform engineers and SREs.
Why we started
Our co-founders met at a payments company in Tallinn where they spent four years on the same on-call rotation. They watched the team's tooling drift across half a dozen products — Datadog for metrics, PagerDuty for alerts, ServiceNow for tickets, Atlassian for incidents, plus a sprawl of internal scripts that nobody owned. Each tool was fine. The seams between them weren't.
We launched imhub in 2023 with a thesis: an ITSM platform built to feel like a single application, not a federation. Same data model across monitoring, incidents, patching, and assets — same audit trail, same keyboard shortcuts, same scripted-from-day-one approach. We sell to IT teams running real production estates, between 500 and 50,000 endpoints.
How we work
- Keyboard-first. Every common action has a shortcut. The Cmd-K palette is the primary surface for power users.
- Scriptable from day one. Anything you can do in the UI you can do via the API and the Terraform provider. No "we'll add API support later".
- Quiet on calls. Alerts are designed to fire when action is required, not to validate that the system is alive. Better to miss a non-issue than to bury the real one.
